Tapo P110 — India V1

A plug for compatible appliances when remote switching or an energy-use record serves a clear purpose. Match the Indian hardware label and appliance load before considering convenience features.

Match appliance load class

Check the guide’s separate resistive, motor and lighting limits. One maximum number does not describe every appliance.

Keep the button reachable

Place the plug where ordinary operation and disconnection remain practical. Avoid stacking it with other adapters.

Use energy data appropriately

Treat the reported consumption as device information for comparison, rather than a calibrated electricity-billing measurement.

Documented specifications

IFTTT service status

TP-Link states service ended 1 August 2026; verify another supported routine path

Input

220–230 V AC; 50/60 Hz

General/resistive limit

16 A, subject to the guide’s load rules

Motor limit

1/6 HP in the cited Indian guide

Environment

Indoor; 0–40 °C

Check current services and energy features

TP-Link states that IFTTT services for Tapo and Kasa ended on 1 August 2026. Do not rely on an older IFTTT compatibility statement. The current general energy-monitoring FAQ has firmware and app prerequisites; its full feature set is not proven for an uninspected India P110 V1. No metering-accuracy or protective-device performance test is claimed.

Plan a useful first check

Start with a low-risk compatible appliance. Check what happens after a power outage and whether the physical button remains accessible. Treat reported energy use as device data, not a calibrated billing measurement.

Dependencies and limits

A suitable accessible wall socket, Tapo app and the supported network setup. Check the appliance manufacturer’s instructions and the plug’s load-class limits.

The guide distinguishes general or resistive loads from motors and LED lamps. Do not apply the maximum resistive rating to every appliance, stack plugs or use the switch as electrical isolation for servicing.

Evidence and market checks

India price, stock, local warranty and total ownership cost have not been independently verified. Check regional power, returns, import costs and paid-service terms before buying. No seller or affiliate offer is presented.

The facts above report manufacturer documentation. IoTPapa has not measured performance, reliability, range, detection accuracy or power consumption. There is no product score, test verdict or current offer on this page.
